The ESF Sustainable Employability subsidy for regions and sectors aims at the (inter)sectoral and regional promotion of keeping employees motivated, healthy and productive, allowing them to remain employed until they reach their retirement age.

In this second evaluation report, the following aspects are reviewed:

  • The realisation of the intended projects
  • The contents of these projects
  • The results of these projects
  • The implementation of the projects and factors contributing to their successes and failures
  • Evaluation of the process
