Mostafa Zeriouh is the financial administrator of the SEOR and MELEUR. He is primarily in charge of the Finance Department and concentrates on the financial projections and overall annual budget formulation of the institute. He advises the management of the institute on all financial matters and reports on all activities contracted and implemented by SEOR. He also assists project managers in the formulation of specific budgets. He exercises financial control and is the focal point for the external auditing of the SEOR accounts.
