The management of SEOR consists of Drs. N. van der Windt (managing director) and Prof. Dr. J. de Koning (director labour and education studies). A Board of Commissioners supervises the policy of the directors. At the moment it is composed of: Prof. Dr. H.R. Commandeur (EUR Holding and Erasmus School of Economics; chairman), Prof. Dr. E.A. de Groot (Erasmus School of Economics) and Prof. Dr. F.G.A. van der Meché (Erasmus MC).

has the opportunity to make use of the services of the University. Only limited number of research bureaus have this opportunity as part of the Erasmus School of Economics. Thanks to this structure SEOR can make use of the University’s varied academic and professional sources and those of other companies that belong to the Holding.
