Elbert Dijkgraaf is connected to SEOR as an associate. He also works as professor Empirical economics of the public sector at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR), is fellow of the Tinbergen Institute and visiting professor at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Elbert has eight years of experience as member of the Dutch House of Representatives and has been a member of the commissions Economics, Agriculture, Finance, Social Affairs, Education, Defense, Development Cooperation and European Affairs. Before this, he worked as deputy director of SEOR. His expertise concentrates on topics around competition and environment. He has been involved in scientific and contract research in the field of waste, energy, water, healthcare and education.
